Can I add sub navigation menus and social sharing links to my Virtual Event?

Add Sub-navigation menus to help guests discover content with the minimum amount of clicks and encourage them to share the event through social sharing links

Hosts can now add sub-navigation menus and social sharing links to their event microsite's top navigation bar.Sub-navigation menus help guests discover content with the minimum amount of clicks, whereas social sharing links encourage guests to share the event's content on social media and increase the event's reach.

How to Enable Sub Navigation

1.On your Main Series dashboard, clickManage Event.

2.From there, you will proceed to theEvent Modulespage.Staying on this page, select theNavigationtab.

3.On the top of the page, selectNew Navigationto create a make a new navigation bar for a module.Or selectEditto edit the navigation bar for an existing module.

4.At the bottom of the provided menu, selectUse Sub Navigation.

5.A new tab calledSub Navigationswill appear at the top of the page.Click this tab, then selectAdd Sub Navigations.



6.From there, you can enter theNameof the sub-navigation menu and insert a URL for that sub-navigation menu in theLinkbox.

7.Continue clickingAdd Sub Navigationto add as many as desired, and when finished clickSave & Exit.To delete the Sub Navigation, clickDelete.

Now when you click a module, a dropdown menu of all sub-navigation menus associated with that module will appear.To see this in action, watch the video below:

How to Enable Social Sharing Links

1.On your Main Series dashboard, selectManage Event (Beta)


2.From there, you will proceed to theEvent Modulespage.Staying on this page, select theNavigationtab.


3.Click onNew Navigationat the top, and make a new navigation for a module, orEditon a current module.


4.ClickSocial Sharing Link, thenSave & Exit.

Now, when attendees click on that module, they will be able to share the link to a specific social media platform.
