Learn how to integrate Constant Contact with BigMarker

Invite and register Constant Contact contacts into your webinar, or export registration information to Constant Contact as contacts.

Step 1:ClickAuthorize with Constant Contact Hereand login to your Constant Contact account.

Step 2:To allow BigMarker to view and edit your Constant Contact account, clickAllow.This will direct you back to BigMarker.com.

Step 3:If you want to add contacts from a Constant Contact list to an invite list on BigMarker, select a list underConstant Contact List for Invitations.Then, enter a name underContact List Name for Importfor the list on BigMarker.Click onImport Constant Contact List for Invitationsto create the invite list.The list will be available to use on theSend Email Invitationspage.

Step 4:To register the contacts from a Constant Contact list to your webinar, select an option underConstant Contact List for Registrants.Once a list is selected, clickRegister Constant Contact Groupto add those contacts as registrants in your webinar.

Step 5:To add new webinar registrants to a Constant Contact list, select a list underConstant Contact List for Registrants.If you want new Constant Contact list members to be registered to your webinar automatically, check the box labelledCheck for Group Updates?If you want new webinar registrants to be automatically added to your Constant Contact list, check the box labelledAdd New Registrants Automatically?ClickExport Conference Registrantsto export webinar registrants to the Constant Contact list selected.
