You can now sync your Pardot integration with BigMarker.Read on to learn how to set up your integration on BigMarker.
How to Sync Pardot with BigMarker
Note:Youmusthave a Salesforce account to sync Pardot with BigMarker
1.On theManage Webinardashboard, click to theIntegrationstab
2.In theIntegrationstab, scroll down and click toPardot Salesforce
3.From there, you will need to enter in your Salesforce account information in the top section.
a.Enter in yourSalesforce usernameandpasswordfor your account
4.You will need to create a connected app within Salesforce for the Client ID and Client Secret.To do this, follow the steps below:
a.Within the Salesforce home page, click to theSetupsection.From there, go toAppson the left hand side, and then clickApp Manager.
b.In theApp Manager, clickNew Connected App.From there, enter in theConnected App Name,API NameandContact Email. Enable onEnable OAuth Settings
5.In theCallback URL, enter://www.wwwjiuxian.com/auth/salesforcepardot
6.Move to theSelected OAuth Scopes, and addManage Pardot services (pardot_api)andManage user data via APIs (api)into theSelected OAuth Scopessection.
In the app's OAuth Policies, set the "IP Relaxation" setting to "Relax IP restrictions".
7.ClickSaveat the bottom when finished.
8.After creating your Connected App, go back to yourApp Managerand go toManage Connected Apps. Select the Connected App just created.
9.Under theAPI (Enable OAUth Settings)section, there is the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret.
10.Take theConsumer Keyand put it into theClient IDfield in BigMarker.Take theConsumer Secret, and put it into the客户密钥field in BigMarker.
11.For thePardot Business Unit IDfield, go to thePardottab on the left hand side and selectPardot Account Setup
12.In thePardot Account Setuppage, take theBusiness Unit IDand put it into thePardot Business Unit IDfield in BigMarker
13.When finished, clickNext: SetUp Sync Settings
Your Pardot Account will then be successfully integrated into BigMarker.Currently, our Pardot integration onlyexportsthe settings synced from Pardot into BigMarker.Additionally, this Pardot integration is only available for our webinars.
Any custom registration fields, attendee fields (polls, survey questions, etc) and recording fields that you have set for your webinar will show within your Pardot integration once synced.
The Pardot Form Handler
Similar to other CRMs, you can sync up your Pardot Form within BigMarker.Just as you would integrate your Pardot form in a different external site or on your own personal website, you can do so within your BigMarker event.This makes processing all of your registration form submissions to Pardot simpler and faster.
How to Set up the Pardot Form Handler
1.Create a Pardot form.You can learnhow to create forms here.
2.After creating the form, go to theMarketingsection in the left hand panel.Navigate to theFormssection, then click onForm Handlers
3.Click on your form handler to access itsEndpoint URLand insert it into theForm Handler Endpoint URLfield in BigMarker.
4.Map out the form's fields into the equivalent BigMarker fields
5.ClickSave Form Handler Settingsto save your endpoint URL and mapped fields
To sync the form, check off theActivate Form Handlerbox at the bottom.Clicking save will only save all your form's settings, while checking off the activate box will start the integration.
