Follow the troubleshooting steps below if your microphone is not working
1.Make sureattendee microphones have beenenable by the presenter.
2.Have you clicked themicrophone buttonto share?Are you muted?
3.Are yourmicrophone's settings correct?Have you selected the correct microphone to share?
4.Is there another program that may be using your microphone?Like Skype, Zoom or Hangouts?Quit those programs and re-enter your webinar.
5.Restart your web browser or switch browsers and/or restart your computer.
6.If you are using a headset, make sure to plug in the headset before you enter.
